The scene opens up with Insanity General Manager, Eric Scorpio on the phone in his office.

Scorpio: So you know what to do; we will talk again once the job is complete.

Scorpio than hangs up the phone as a knock appears on his door with World Heavyweight Champion, Morpheus stepping through the door.

Scorpio: Ah Champ; always great to see you. Glad you could make it in such a short period.

Morpheus: What are you aiming for Scorpio with the Trials of Scorpio?

Scorpio: Only to try to fix the damage the fans made for voting Seth Omega your Number One contender. Since being voted in his performances have been lazy and has shown he isn’t ready for this match but I am a god of honor so he will get his match. Only he might not have it alone. Besides why do you concern yourself with multiple opponents? Are you not Morpheus? The Slayer of Sheep, cleanser of the flame, King of Nightmares? Seth Omega wouldn’t stand a chance against a champion such as you, so I needed to ensure not only buy rates remain up but my champion has a legit challenge.

Morpheus: Ok so he has Rabbi tonight; who is his planned opponent for next week?

Scorpio: Well he faces a upper mid carder today and he will face a main eventer next week for the last spot open on the card.

Morpheus: So X or Ash I assume.

Scorpio: Oh no; the Undisputed Tag Team champion swill be quite busy tearing the Prophecy of Violence limb from limb at The Madness™ in a fans pick the stipulation match. I have three of the most barbaric, brutal matches in mind and the fans shall choose the way that POV gets destroyed.

Morpheus: Than it is cYnical; I look forward to facing Daniel again.

Scorpio: No; first of all he is still in the Master of the Asylum and second of all cYnical has had his chance and is now at the back of the line. Who this main eventer will be shall not be revealed at this time but sit back and enjoy the show champ since you have the night off.

Morpheus gives Scorpio a strange look before leaving his office.

Scorpio: No I have very special plans for cYnical, the wizard shall pay if he fails to defeat Savana.

The scene cuts form Scorpio’s office to the arena of the XL center.

"Death Valley Superstars" by the Murderdolls (http://"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSENb9DjTOw") blast plays throughout the arena as pyrotechnics lights up the stage to the screams of the fans in the XL Center. The camera pans over the crowd several times before focusing in on Phoenix and Phantom.

Phoenix: Welcome to LPW Insanity Live, I am Blazing Phoenix.

Phantom: and I’m the one and only Phantom Lord.

Phoenix: and we have an action packed night here. Two title matches, the quarter finals of the Master of the Asylum and the first of the Trials of Scorpio.

Phantom: Now lets take a look as the Master of the Asylum is the first part of the show and after that battle royal from last show here is the standings.

Phoenix: It’s another huge capacity crowd for us here in Hartford as LPW Insanity is off and running and we have a Master Of The Asylum Round 3 match coming up with Andy Savana taking on a former World Heavyweight Champion, cYnical.

Phantom: This Master of the Asylum tournament has been monumental so far and we aren’t even at the finals yet. Tonight Andy Savana has a huge chance to move forward in this tournament and in his career. When you can beat a former World’s Heavyweight Champion be it by pin or submission that is a huge step for anyone in their career.

Phoenix: Andy Savana is also fighting for his professional and personal life here tonight, so to say his back is to the wall would be an understatement.

Phantom: Well personal reasons to win always are always a strong motivation to win.

Phoenix: Well on that note let us head up to the ring and to the world’s most dangerous announcer Mr. Mike Announcer for the official introductions.

The shot pans around the sold out XL Center before cutting to the center of the ring and Mike Announcer

Mike Announcer: Wrestling fans this opening contest of LPW Insanity is scheduled for one fall and it is a Round Three match in the Master Of The Asylum tournament.

"Bullet With Butterfly Wings" by Smashing Pumpkins comes on to the pa system and Andy Savana enters the stage.

Mike Announcer: Introducing first, he hails from Houston, Texas and he weighs in at 244 Pounds…This is AAANNNNNDDDDDYYYY SSSAAAAAAAVVVVVVVVAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Phantom: Savana looks like his mind is a million miles away right now and that’s the kind of thing that will cost someone a match and cost them quick.

Phoenix: Savana does look very off tonight, but appearances can be deceiving as we both know.

Phantom: Well there is a difference between playing possum and just being out of it. I hope for Andy’s sake it’s not the latter of the two.

Suddenly all the lights in the arena go out and flames start rising from the stage as “Epic” by Faith No More starts blaring on the pa system. A huge blast goes off and cYnical comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd.

Mike Announcer:…and his opponent, coming down the isle he hails from The Dark Side of Your Subconscious and he weighs in at 190 Pounds, He is The God of The LPW…This is CCCYYYYYYYYNNNNNNNNIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL!!!

Phantom: Did the temperature suddenly go up in here? It feels like rush hour on the NYC subway in here right now.

Phoenix: Well where ever cYnical goes, the fire and heat follows him. Andy’s issues aside this should be a fantastic contest.

Phantom: It’s a very good possibility that whoever wins this match could end up being The Master of the Asylum.

Phoenix: It is a possibility as the referee calls for the bell and this one is underway. Andy and cYnical are nose to nose in the ring. Both men are the same height, but Savana has about forty pounds on the former champ.

Phantom: cYnical is a very well oiled machine in the ring. He moves in almost one fluid motion from move to move. Andy Savana is just as good in his own right, but cYnical has way more experience in big money matches.

Phoenix: Well right now moving forward in the Master of the Asylum is what is at stake as both men circle each other and they go for the lock up and cYnical quickly goes into a wrist lock. Andy looking for a counter and he’s able to power out and he goes behind and slaps on a side headlock. Andy has it locked in nice and tight as cYnical nails him with a shot to the ribs and another and another and he sends Andy off into the ropes and Andy nails him with a shoulder block.

Phantom: Savana wisely using his weight advantage to use. This is why in boxing and Mixed Martial Arts, a catch weight bout…which is what this technically is doesn’t happen too often.

Phoenix: Boxing? People still watch that stuff?

Phantom: Hell if I know. I can’t name any single heavyweight except for the Ivan Drago clones.

Phoenix: I’m sure the downfall of boxing would be a fascinating discussion, but back to the match as cYnical is back up and he goes into the ropes and Andy ducks the clothesline. Andy sends him back and he ducks and cYnical leap frogs over him and Andy turns around and cYnical nails him with a palm strike right to the side of the head. Andy is dazed and cYnical nails him with a drop kick and Andy rolls out to the floor.

As Andy tries to regroup, Cynical isn’t waiting and he goes flying through the middle rope nailing Andy with a flying forearm that sends him back into the isle way.

Phoenix: CYN DOVE THROUGH THE ROPES LIKE A MISSILE.

Phantom: Moves like that are a huge gamble. All it takes is for you to land the wrong way on impact and you’ll find yourself in a world of hurt.

Phoenix: cYnical looks to be fine as he picks Andy Savana back up and he whips him right into the guardrail on the side of the isle way. cYnical quickly grabs him and he sends him to the other side of the isle.

Phantom: cYnical is playing a human game of pinball with Andy Savana right now.

Phoenix: cYnical has Andy by the hair and he whips side first right into the ring apron. Andy looks to be hurt and as we know going ribs first into that ring apron will do that to you.

Phantom: The ring apron is just a steel I-beam that plywood and thin mat and a canvas sit on. There is no give in it what so ever.

Phoenix: Indeed there isn’t as cYnical rolls Andy back in and Andy quickly crawls over to the corner as cYnical is back in and he quickly zero’s in on Andy’s rib cage area. cYnical is putting the boots to Andy like he owes him money and the referee stops in to break them up.

Phantom: I don’t know why the referee bothers doing that. It’s his job just to count a man’s shoulders to the mat or ask him if he submits. Beyond that he should stand back.

Phoenix: It’s also his job to ensure the safety of the wrestlers in the ring. You know damn well what damage broken or cracked ribs can do to someone.

Phantom: Okay you raise a good point. But Andy is a big boy. If he wants to give up all he has to do is say so.

Phoenix: Andy is telling the referee he can continue as cYnical quickly grabs him and he picks him up and he drives him ribs first right into his knee with an inverted rib breaker of sorts. cYnical quickly drops him and he sits him up on the mat and he locks on a sitting abdominal stretch. cYnical has his hands locked around Andy’s mid section as he has his arm stretched over his head.

Phantom: This is a move that goes back to the old days of wrestling. A legend like George Hackenschmidt or Frank Gotch would lock a move on his opponent and he would just stretch you until you passed out. It’s a simple move, but it’s oh so effective.

Phoenix: Andy is in a world of hurt right now, but losing is not an option for him as the referee is asking him if he wants to quit. Cynical is making him expend of all his energy as he tries to take breath’s and not pass out from the pain.

The referee continues to ask if Andy wants to quit and Andy starts fighting and inching his way to the ropes and he manages to get his heel on the bottom rope causing the break.

Phantom: A wise move by Savana, but inching yourself to the ropes will drain energy even faster than the hold you are in.

Phoenix: Andy pulls himself out to the floor and he looks to be in bad shape in this match. cYnical must have broken his ribs when he rammed him into the ring apron earlier. cYnical follows him out and he brings Andy to his feet and he quickly hooks him up…SNAP SUPLEX ON THE FLOOR. Andy’s face tells the story as he is screaming in pain.

Phantom: If Andy wasn’t hurting before, he’s hurting now. A suplex with busted ribs is bad enough, but to do it on the floor…it’s a pain I can’t even begin to describe.

Phoenix: cYnical is showing a mean streak tonight. He is willing to destroy Andy Savana to advance in this tournament as he grabs Andy by the hair and he brings him back up to his feet and he rolls him back into the ring. Andy is lying prone and cYnical is on the ring apron and he slingshots himself into the ring and drives an elbow right into the ribs of Andy Savana. cYnical with the cover…one…two…Kickout by Andy Savana. Savana has too much riding on this match. He has to win or it’s curtains for him.

Phantom: Andy is tough. He’s going through a lot in his life and his career. Tonight is make or break for him. cYnical knows that he’s going to virtually have to destroy to get the victory tonight.

Phoenix: Considering the amount of pain we know Andy can take, that’s a scary thought if cYn has to break out all of the tricks in his bag as he’s picking Andy back up and he drives him into the corner and cYn is laying in shoulder’s to Andy’s midsection…one after another after another after another and the ropes are holding up Andy. cYnical nails him with a big right hand to the side of the head and Andy stumbles forward and cYnical scoops him up and plants him with a slam.

cYnical quickly springs up the second and then third rope and he nails a picture perfect Moonsault crashing all of his weight onto Andy’s chest and ribs

Phoenix: Oh that might be it. cYnical with the cover…One…Two…KICKOUT by Andy Savana.

Phantom: I think he kicked out purely on instinct there. In the ring the mind will tell the body to do things even when it doesn’t realize it’s for it’s best not to.

cYnical grabs Andy Savana and slowly brings him back up to his feet and Andy is seen coughing up blood

Phoenix: Oh this is not good. Andy definitely has broken ribs as evident by the blood he is now coughing up. At some point he has to ask himself is it worth the physical damage he is doing to his body?

Phantom: This whole situation with him and Nigel Vanderbilt has gone beyond insane. That’s why he’s not going to give up tonight.

Phoenix: cYnical looks like he might want to finish this now as he has Andy up and he’s practically reading him the last rites and Andy nails cYnical with a huge European uppercut and another and another and another. cYn is dazed as Andy sends him into the ropes and he catches him with a big back body drop.

Phantom: Did you see his eyes…it looked like a switch literally flipped in his head.

Phoenix: cYn is back up and Andy spins him around and he locks him up…he connects with a big belly to belly. Andy holds his ribs as he goes for the pin…one…two…Kickout bycYnical. Andy Savana is fighting on pure adrenaline right now as he nails cYn with a knee to the stomach and another and another and another AND HE PLANTS HIM WITH THE STO. Andy is looking to the corner and he is going to the outside.

Phantom: He is not thinking logically right now. This is what I was talking about when I said the mind makes the body do things it shouldn’t.

Andy pulls himself up to the top rope and he goes for The Suicide Dive and he connects. But upon impact he starts screaming in pain and he coughs up even more blood.

Phoenix: GOOD GOD…ANDY WITH THE SUICIDE DIVE…BUT AT WHAT COST??? The referee is checking on him and Andy Savana shoves him off and Savana is saying this is it as he grabs cYnical by the legs…he’s going for Savana’s House Of Pain, but cYnical grabs his foot and he’s blocking the hold. cYnical manages to trip Andy and Andy is down on the mat and cYn has the arms trapped and he’s got the head and cYnical has locked on The Manic Depression.

Phantom: Andy has no place to go. He is in the center of the ring and the lights will be going dark soon.

Phoenix: The referee is asking Andy if he wants to quit and he just said no as cYnical cranks back on that dragon sleeper. Andy looks like he’s fading as the referee looks to check his arm and Andy clinches his fist and he frees his hand from the grasp of cYnical. Andy is getting up to a knee and he’s standing up with cYnical on his back AND HE RAMS HIM RIGHT INTO THE TURNBUCKLES.

Andy collapses to the mat as cYnical falls into the corner of the ring as the referee checks on both of them.

Phantom: Andy might have used his last bit of energy to break that hold. It was a valiant effort, but sometimes you just have to know when your time is up.

Phoenix: Andy is trying to bring himself back up to his feet as cYnical shakes off the cobwebs and he quickly grabs Andy and spins him around and he hooks him up…HE CONNECTS WITH THE CYNAPLEX. Cover and count…One…Two…th…KICKOUT. ANDY KICKED OUT.

cYnical is in disbelief as he argues with the referee saying that was three count. cYnical looking disgusted bends down to grab Andy, but Andy grabs his head and rolls him up into a Inside Cradle

Phoenix: INSIDE CRADLE…ONE…TWO…KICKOUT BY CYNICAL. Andy is back up and cYn nails him with a boot to the midsection and he hoists him up…cYn is going for The Negative Outlook and he has him up…but Andy breaks free and he turns around…Andy Savana with a backslide…One…Two…KICKOUT by cYnical. cYnical quickly grabs Andy and he nails him with a front leg trip and Cynical is going upstairs.

Phantom: If he hits this it will be all over.

Phoenix: cYnical is up on the top rope and he sets up for cYntrifical Force AND ANDY GOT HIS KNEES UP. CYNICAL CRASHED AND BURNED…ANDY IS BACK UP AND HE PICKS CYN UP AND HAS HIM HOOKED IN THE FULL NELSON…ANDY CONNECTS WITH THE SAVANDUCED COMA. COVER…ONE…TWO…THREE. ANDY SAVANA HAS BEATEN CYNICAL!

Mike Announcer: THE WINNER OF THE MATCH VIA PIN FALL AND MOVING FORWARD IN THE MASTER OF THE ASYLUM TOURNAMENT IS AAAAAAANNNDDDDDDDDYYYYYYY SSSSAAAAAAVVVVVVAAAAAANNNNNAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Andy Savana 4.15 APS + 1.60 AVS = 5.75
cYnical 4.00 APS + 0.80 AVS = 4.80

Phantom: Good God what a comeback by Andy Savana. I wrote him off as being dead in the water and he just pulled off the biggest comeback win possibly in LPW history. Not only has he beaten a former World’s Heavyweight Champion…but he has moved forward in the Master of the Asylum tournament to face Drew Michaels next week.

Phoenix: Nigel Vanderbilt wanted to see Andy Savana crash and burn tonight and instead we see Savana rise like well a Phoenix and pull off the monumental win tonight here in Hartford.

The scene opens up in the Anarchist Locker Room. Both Seth Omega and Steve Storme have a look of focus on their faces.

Storme: Mass Chaos, United States Championship…

Omega: Does everything need to be about you?

Storme: What are you talking about?

Omega: I mean we both have big matches here tonight and all I hear is you and your title shot.

Storme: First of all Seth you need to calm down.

Omega: Me… Calm down? I have the right to be angry. Scorpio is trying to screw me out of my shot. I am not the one that is being an ass kisser to the soon to be ex-World Champion.

Morpheus: Steven is not kissing my ass Omega.

Both Steve Storme and Seth Omega turn towards the door way to find Morpheus standing there.

Omega: What the BEEP are you doing in the Anarchist’s locker-room? Trying to start shit early?

Morpheus: Oh never. I just came to wish Mr. Storme good luck tonight when he faces Mass Chaos for the prestigious United States championship.

Morpheus walks up past Omega to Storme and shakes his hand firmly much to the irritation of Omega. Omega walks near the door pops open a beer and begins to drink.

Morpheus: It is behavior like that, that is going to cost you your match.

Omega sets the beer down and gets right in Morpheus’s face.

Omega: Worry about yourself BEEP!

Morpheus: As I was saying, Storme good luck tonight. Chaos is not an easy opponent.

As Morph turns to leave Omega gets right in Storme’s face. After Morph leaves and both the anarchist are face to face in pure intensity a carm reaches around the corner and drops something into Seth’s beer can before pulling back.

Omega: Go follow him traitor…

Storme: Kiss my ass Seth, your making a big deal out of nothing. I have a title to win and a tournament to advance in.

Storme than walks out as Seth grabs his beer. He takes a finishes the rest of the can in one big chug before throwing the can at the wall and opening a second can.
Title: Re: INSANITY LIVE FROM THE XL CENTER RESULTS!!!
Post by: DeAndes on February 08, 2012, 11:02:30 PM
The scene shifts to Magic sitting in a locker-room watching the footage of Jude Maxwell getting run down over and over. Trying got get a clue to figure out who has the most to gain for eliminating him.

Magic: Who could it be? Who would want him gone? Well there is a big list out there but I have no idea where to start.

???: Sounds like you could use some help?

Magic look up to the Rabbi standing in the doorway.

Magic: Thanks old friend.

Rabbi: Now who are your suspects?

Magic: It could be anyone. Nigel has a heated History with him, Seth wants to make a name for himself, Ash could have seen him as direct competition after that close match and the list could go on and on. Hell it could have been an irritated fan. I have no way of telling.

Rabbi: hmmmm… Don’t know what ot tell you but I’ll keep my ears open man.

Magic: Yeah go prepare for Seth.

Rabbi: Pfft That cocky Rookie will get the same outcome as last week; but to offer assistance isn’t the only reason I came here. Regardless if I win or lose tonight you need to relieve some stress so how about Magic vs. The Rabbi. You know get the blood flowing and could help you focus.

Magic: Yeah I like the sound of that.

The Two legends shake hands before rabbi steps out to leave Magic to research more.

Phoenix: Welcome back, Up next we have a two for one as not only is the LPW United States title on the line but advancement in the Master of the Asylum.

Phantom: Huge match here so let’s get to it.

Mike Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is set for one fall. It is for advancement in the Master of the Asylum tournament, AND the LPW United States Championship!

Mike Announcer:Introducing first, the challenger! He stands at six feet, one inch tall, weighing in at 225 lbs and he hails from “Killa Cali”, this is STEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVEEE STOOOOOOOORRRRRRMMMMMMMME!!!!

“Dethsmarch” by the Cancer Bats plays as Steve Storme heads down to the ring.

Phantom: I don't think this match could be much bigger for this young man.

Phoenix: No kidding, not only is this match for one of LPW's most prestigious belts, but the winner is one step closer to booking an entire show! Not to mention the Death Cube it’s self.

Phantom: However, his greatest opportunity leaves him facing his biggest challenge. Storme has been on a roll for some time now, dominating champions, former champions and future legends, but does he have what it takes to defeat “The Man That Will Not Die”?

Phoenix: You know on any given night anyone can defeat anyone, but one has to wonder what Storme’s mental state is after that argument in the locker-room.

Mike Announcer: And his opponent, hailing from Allen, Texas, he stands at five feet, eleven inches tall, and weighs in at 215 lbs. He is the LPW United States Champion… “The man that won’t die”… MAAAASSSSSSSSSS CHAAAAOOOOSSSSS!!!!!

“El Corazon De Guerrero” plays as Mass Chaos makes his way down to a huge pop.

Phantom: Speaking of, here he comes now. Fresh off of his absolutely wonderful victory over Ash Strife, I'm not sure if anything in the world can bring him down right now.

Phoenix: Well, if anything can, it's Steve Storme. Storme wants revenge for Chaos eliminating him last week, but more than anything else, he wants the gold that currently rests on Chaos' shoulder.

Phantom: You can see the hunger in his eyes as Chaos hands the belt to the referee.

The referee lifts the belt high in the air, and then calls for the bell. The two men go to lock up, but Storme spins away and delivers a snap kick to Chaos' knee.

Phoenix: Storme take the early advantage here, dropping Chaos to his knees with that stiff kick. Before Chaos can regain his feet, Storme bounces off the ropes and catches him with a straight kick to the skull.

Phantom: Dear lord, we heard the impact from that kick all the way over here, Chaos could be out of it.

Phoenix: Storme seems to agree with you, he's going for the pin. One!
Kick out at one; way to early to put away a veteran like Mass Chaos.

Phantom: Smart move, going for the cover this early, but he had to know that it would take more than that to keep Chaos down.

Storme rises to his feet, but when he goes to press the advantage, he finds Chaos waiting for him.

Phoenix: Storme seems to be saying something to Chaos, I can't quite make it out, but he looks quite proud of himself.

Phantom: Whatever it is, Chaos disagrees, he's pointing to himself and mouthing “Not a chance”. Come on guys this is a wrestling match not a smack talk session.

Storme goes to say something else, but instead he chops Chaos across the chest.

Phantom: Well it looks like Storme took offense to that, as he and Chaos are just trading chops now. That has to hurt.

Phoenix: They are going to have blisters for sure by the time this is over. Storme goes for another chop, but this time Chaos snatches his arm and tries to bring him down with an arm bar. Before he can lock it in, Storme manages to roll out and clamber back to his feet.

Phantom: Storme is laughing, literally giving Chaos a round of applause... Looks like he was impressed, and well he should be. Maybe Storme will avoid underestimating his opponent now.

Pheonix: Chaos reacts badly to Storme's taunting, bouncing off the ropes and launching forward with a short-arm lariat. Storme ducks and reverses Chaos' momentum with a German suplex. Oh lord, Chaos' head just bounced off the mat! That had to hurt.

Phantom: I'm disappointed that Chaos got caught in such a rookie mistake, he's far too experienced to mess up like that.

Phoenix: I think Storme is surprised too, but he's getting over it quickly, and he's started stomping away on the back of Chaos' head. After several stomps, Storme runs back into the ropes, hitting the downed Chaos with a running dropkick to the head.

Phantom: Oh dear lord, the sheer force of that kick just knocked Chaos out of the ring.

Phoenix: Storme is really showing us what he's got, absolutely brutalizing the champion. Chaos  begins to regain his feet on the outside, and Storme comes flying through the ropes with a suicide dive, but Chaos saw him coming from a mile away and dodges, sending Storme shoulder-first into the barricade.

Phantom: Now that's the Chaos I know, turning Storme's momentum into a liability. Now Chaos has the upper hand, and that shoulder has to be hurting.

One!

Phoenix: He may have the upper hand, but the ref is starting the count. He might want to think about getting back inside.

Two!

Phantom: Chaos approaches Storme and starts dropping knees on his injured shoulder.

Three!

Phantom: Chaos is taking advantage of Storme's weakened left shoulder. Could he be building towards the Chaos Lock?

Four!

Phoenix: I don't think Chaos is risking a count-out here, he's rolling Storme into the ring.

Phantom: I know Chaos wants a clean win here, he's the type of man that won't accept anything less than the best, from himself or his opponent.

Phoenix: Chaos slides into the ring behind the rising Storme, and drops him back down with a jumping arm breaker. Yeah, Chaos is definitely weakening him up for that Chaos lock of his.

Phantom: Really? You're just figuring this out now? Meanwhile, Chaos switched over to an armbar, and he's just wrenching away at that injured shoulder. Is Storme going to tap?

After a few moments of struggling, Storme manages to roll into Chaos, relieving the pressure on his shoulder and sneaking out of the hold.

Phoenix: Oh, quick thinking by the young challenger here, he's not going to go down easy.

Phantom: Storme is putting on quite a show but Im not sure if he has this one. Chaos is on Fire at the moment and it will take god himself to keep the Titan Slayer down.

Phoenix: Both competitors are on their feet, and Chaos goes for a shoulder breaker. Chaos jumps up and grabs Storme's arm, but Storme manages to grab the ropes and Chaos falls on his back. Chaos scrambles quickly back to his feet.

Phantom: That failed move might cost him, since Storme just clocked him with his good hand.

Phoenix: And Chaos returns the favor, sending Storme reeling. Now he sends him into the ropes... Chaos whips Storme into the ropes and goes for a German suplex, but Storme rolls past, bounces off the other side and hits Chaos with a clothesline. Nursing his injured arm, Storme backs himself into the turnbuckle. Storme is trying to shake away the pain here, I think that arm might be his downfall.

Chaos struggles back to his feet, but he's dazed. Storme sees his opportunity and runs into the ropes, bouncing off of them with a springboard clothesline.

Phantom: Oh dear lord, that referee was definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time!

Phoenix: Steve Storme just accidentally hit the referee, and I think the poor man might be unconscious!

Phantom: But that doesn't seem to be stopping Storme, he's still taking it to Chaos. He's got him in a fireman's carry....

Phoenix:Storme drops Chaos on his head with a brain-buster, stunning him. Ok, this has got to be over; Chaos has got to be out of it now but Storme isn't done yet! He's got him up.... and he hits it! He's hit the End of Discord! He's going for the pin, but the ref is still down!

Phantom: Once the ref gets back up, this match is all but- wait, what's going on?

Phoenix: Looks like a fan has just leaped the barricade! Get security down here, get him out of here!

Phantom: That isn't a fan Phoenix, that's Azreal! What the hell is he doing here?

Phoenix: I don't know, but this is not going to end well.

Azreal slides into the ring and charges, unnoticed, straight at Storme and the two start trading punches in the middle of the ring.

Phantom: This just isn't right! Azreal has no place in this match; get his ass out of here!

It isn't long before the fresh Azreal overpowers the wounded Storme and drops him with a head butt. Retreating into the corner, Azreal waits for Storme to regain his feet.

Phoenix: No, no, no, don't do this! Get him out of the ring!

As soon as Storme gets up, Azreal charges forward and nails him with the Redemption bicycle kick. Not finished with him yet, Azreal picks him up and sets him up for the Vigilante Slam, driving Storme's head to the ground.

Phantom: No, just get out of there, you've done enough damage!

Azreal goes to pick him up again, but out of the corner of his eye he sees the ref struggle back to his knees, so he leaves him be, slides out of the ring and runs off through the crowd. The ref gets back to his feet, and, seeing both men on the ground, starts the count.

One!

Two!

Phoenix: This is just plain wrong, Storme had this match won before that jackass showed up.

Phantom: Yeah, and this coming from a-

Three!

Phantom: From a supposed “hero” like Azreal. It makes me sick.

Four!

Five!

Pheonix: Will we really see this match end in a draw?

Phantom: I don't think so, look, Storme is stirring.

Phoenix: Chaos too!

Six!

Seven!

Eight!

Phoenix: Chaos is back on his feet!

Nine!

Phantom: Yes! Storme's back up!

Phoenix: But he's dazed, I'm not sure if he's all there...Chaos takes advantage! He scoops him up... The Ode to the Black Sun connects! He's going for the pin! One! Two! Three! This one is over.

Phantom: He did it! Mass Chaos retained the United States Championship! And advanced to the semi-finals to boot!

Phoenix: It's a great victory to be sure, but don't forget that he had a little help on the way, thanks to some timely interference by Storme's apparent nemesis, Azreal.

Mike Announcer: The winner of this match, and still LPW United States Champion, MAAASSSSSSSSSSS CHHAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSS!!!!!!!

Mass Chaos 4.45 APS + 1.30 AVS = 5.75
Steve Storme 4.15 APS + 1.20 AVS = 5.35

Chaos scoops up his title and starts celebrating, but from the corner of his eye he sees the footage of Azreal's interference and stops short. He starts yelling at the referee, but all the ref can do is shake his head. Suddenly furious; Chaos storms off up the ramp while his music still playing.

Phoenix: Well, I'm not sure what just happened, but Chaos did not look happy.

Phantom: Well obviously, I know Chaos, there is no way he'd want someone to cheat for him. I don't know what Azreal was thinking, but I do know one thing. I would not want to be in his shoes when Chaos finds him...

Phoenix: But now we have three out of the four men for the semi-finals revealed. Mass Chaos will be taking on Styxx, Ash Strife or Big B. Brown. All Three huge matches that could take place next week.

Big B. Brown is walking back stage getting ready to go to the ring when Jeff Whitt stops him.

Whitt: You have my property…

Brown: Man I bought Parks Place and the Boardwalk from you fair and square.

Whitt: What?

Brown: Ummm Monopoly man. You were the one that wanted to play with real money. I bought them from you fair and square and won that ten grand off of you just as fair.

Whitt: No Clown I mean the LPW Hardcore title.

Brown: Last I checked it was MY hardcore title.

Whitt: I want my rematch.

Brown: Well I’m still in the tournament. I’m not ducking you Jeff but my focus is on Styxx and Ash right now. I have payback for them from the Battle Royal; but once I win the tournament I’ll give you your shot. Later dude we need to play Monopoly more often I like taking your money.

Brown lets out a laugh and walks off.

Whitt: That isn’t good enough Brown.

I've never really been very good at talking about myself. It stems from my childhood.

When you aren't exactly "normal", especially as a child, your, peers tend to be able to sense it.

Then when you are asked to talk about yourself, and the only things that come to mind are, "my family are pagans," and "I can see ghosts and monsters," and the like, matters only become worse.

So, what do you do when you find yourself alienated from the people that surround you daily? Where do you go when your surroundings crawl with people who chastise you for not being like them?

You go to a place where you'll feel you belong.

Yes. Simply put, that is why I've come to Lords of Pain Wrestling. Hell. Around here, I am far from the strangest competitor. This place has employed vampires, g()ds, and supposed
demons.

Yeah. I'm a freak. You can tell just by,looking at me or hearing my name.

The Heretic Prophet.

Mike Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is a triple threat match and is for the final spot for the quarter finals of the Master of the Asylum tournament.

"Turns to ashes” by 36 Crazy Fists plays as Styxx makes his way out to the ring.

Phoenix: We are about to see one hell of a match here tonight as three of the largest wrestlers in LPW go at it in a triple threat match to determine who moves on to the semi-finals of the Master of Asylum tournament to face Mass Chaos.

Mike Announcer: Introducing first from Wodonga, Australia. Weighing in at 290 lbs, This… is… STYYYYYYYYYYYYYYXX!!!

Phantom: Not only that but all three of the men in the ring have something to prove in this match. The man entering the ring right now in fact is a former World Champion and would like nothing more than to win this tournament and secure a spot in the Death Cube.

“Dr. Feelgood” by Motley Crue plays as Big B. Brown makes his way out to a rather good reaction. He has the hardcore championship belt wrapped proudly around his waist as he walks down the ramp with a look of pure focus on his face.

Phoenix: This man here has been on a roll as of late. It would almost be no surprise here if he managed to pull the upset over Ash Strife and Styxx.

Phantom: Big B. Brown has been a dominating champion and it is very likely that he goes down as one of the best in the history especially if he can win this match and progress further in the tournament.

Mike Announcer: His opponent, from Harlem, New York! Weighing in at 300 lbs, he is the reigning LPW Hardcore Champion… BIG… B… BROOOOOOOOOWN!!!

“Let Us Slay” by GWAR plays as Ash Strife charges out from the back like a bat out of hell and runs right to the ring. Using the momentum of the ropes Ash leaps up and over the ropes and stares at both Styxx and Brown as if they were dead men walking.

Announcer: Finally introducing last, he hails from Ontario, Canada. Weighing in at 340 lbs and is one half of the reigning Tag Team Champions… representing the Wise Men He is ASH STRIIIIIIIIIIFE!!!

Phantom: This is the man that really has something to prove out of all three. He has to prove that his career will not stall after losing his United States championship at the Insanity: Gold to Mass Chaos. If he wins here tonight he will be facing Mass Chaos in a rematch of sorts. A victory there could be all he needs to show the world he is ready to move up to better things.

Phoenix: All three men in the ring now and it looks like things are about to get going. The referee finally calls for the bell after taking both Brown’s and Ash’s belts and patting down the three large men.

Phantom Lord: All three of them are just standing there. Neither one of them wants to make the first move.

Phoenix:Wrong Phantom! Strife just lunges forward and clotheslines Styxx over the ropes to the outside.

Phantom: This could be the Strife he’s needed to be for a while now. A new vicious side to his personality; Or more vicious than before at least.

Phoenix: Brown and Strife trading punches to see who can outlast the other. A war of fist. Left, right, left, right, and Brown blocks but Strife with a kick to the gut of Brown. Strife grabs Brown by the legs and flips him over the top rope!

Phantom: Strife is showing no mercy here tonight! Both Styxx and Brown circling the ring with a new found respect for what they are facing in the ring.

Phoenix: It looks as if neither one of them wants to get in but-no wait. Brown slides in and him and Strife are back to trading punches with each other!

Phantom: Look at Styxx!

Phoenix: Styxx slides in from behind and with a big boot right to the back of Strife’s head. Brown doesn’t waste time and catches Styxx with a belly to belly suplex!

Phantom: I think this match has become a war of who is the best big man in the LPW. Brown now showing off.

Phoenix: He’s not wasting too much time though as he lifts up Strife and goes for an Irish Whip and goes to follow up with a clothesline but no! Strife ducks and rebounds off the ropes!

Phantom: That would have hurt! I’ve been hit by the powerful arms of Brown and that is no joke at all.

Phoenix: Styxx came out of nowhere with a power slam! How he managed to lift Strife is beyond me! Brown coming from behind but Styxx sees it and ducks sending Brown over him and now Styxx is left standing on his own!

Phantom: I think all three have just proven that they are equally matched in strength and now the match will have to be determined in skill and just a bit of luck.

Phoenix: Strife recovering in the corner and Styxx sees it. Styxx now unloading on Strife with fist to about every surface area on Strife’s body, No part of him is safe.

Phantom: Too bad every part of Strife is like armor on a tank.

Phoenix: Brown is up and charges but Styxx sees it at the last second and dodges. Strife takes the full brunt of the blow! Styxx against the ropes and a shoulder block throws Brown back!

Phantom: Styxx doing a good job of avoiding taking much damage. He can have them hurt each other and then capitalize on it.

Phoenix: Styxx lifting up Strife now in the middle of the ring for a scoop slam and Strife goes down hard. Styxx against the ropes but Brown from the outside trips him and pulls him under the bottom rope.

Phantom: This now is actually a good time for Strife to gather his bearings and get back into the match.

Phoenix: Brown tossing Styxx into the barricade and a kick to the gut. He’s sending Styxx head first into the ring post but Styxx stops it with his foot and elbows Brown in the face to take control. Brown blocks a right and delivers a head butt to the chest of Styxx to knock the breath out of him.

Phantom: Quite an odd tactic to use. Usually the head butt is well used on the head but I suppose knocking the wind out of your opponent could add up all the same.

Phoenix: Brown just wailing on Styxx’s ribs with closed fist! Styxx is not being given the chance to catch his breath. Ash Strife sneaks up from behind and delivers a full nelson slam to Brown on the outside!

Phantom: Brown will not be getting up anytime soon from that.

Phoenix: Styxx still hasn’t managed to recover and won’t any time soon because Strife has successfully thrown him into the corner post and follows it up with a clothesline sending Styxx over the announce table!

Phantom: I’d fear for my safety but Strife pulling Styxx back from around and irish whips him into the canvas of the ring.

Phoenix: Styxx rolling back in the ring but that won’t buy him much time because Ash is following right behind. Styxx tries for a scoop slam out of nowhere but Ash lands behind him and delivers a reverse ddt! He covers! One… Two…Kick out by Styxx!

Phantom: I’m sure a reverse DDT deliver from someone as big as Ash might be deadly but to another big man it might not be deadly enough.

Phoenix: The force with which Ash delivered the DDT is what counts. Styxx could be real close to being out. Strife against the ropes and he delivers a double leg drop!

Phantom: Gravity definitely was not to Styxx’s benefit right there.

Phoenix: Brown sneaks in behind Strife and puts him in the bear hug! This could be it!

Phantom: This move is capable of killing a man but what about a monster?

Phoenix: Strife trying to pry Brown’s hands apart but it definitely will not be that easy. Trying to reverse head butt but Brown just leaning back is keeping him from getting hit but also lifting Strife in the air to apply more pressure.

Phantom: Normally a wrestler would be passed out by now given all the struggling they’d be doing but Ash shows no signs of slowing down. He is still struggling and even harder.

Phoenix: Strife looks like he is getting weak! NO HE LEANS FORWARD AND BROWN IS OFF OF HIS FEET AND HE FALLS BACK SENDING BROWN TO THE GROUND ON HIS BACK AND WITH ALL OF STRIFE’S WEIGHT ON HIM!

Phantom: That was Strife’s last idea because he isn’t getting up right away. He’s barely on two knees trying to recover.

Phoenix: Styxx just threw Strife out of the ring through the middle ropes and Brown recovering but right into a GONZO BOMB! NO HE TWIST OUT OF IT! BOTH MEN CHARGE TOO ABRUPTLY AND HEADBUTT EACH OTHER!

Phantom: Both men are in a miniature daze and Strife is already back in the ring and delivers a double clothesline!

Phoenix: He’s not stopping there! Styxx in one corner and Brown in another! STRIFE IS RUNNING BACK AND FORTH DELIVERING FOREARMS TO THE CHEST OF EACH OF THE MEN! He grabs Brown and irish whips him to Styxx but Styxx moves at the last second!

Phantom: Styxx dodges a clothesline and against the ropes he goes for a clothesline of his own but Ash ducks and sends Styxx over the ropes. Styxx catching the top rope and landing on the apron for the most part.

Phoenix: Brown sneaks up from behind and he hits a belly to back suplex! Strife landing hard on his face. Brown could steal this! He’s lifting Strife up and he’s going for the BIG B. BROWN BOMB! NO HE SEES STYXX BACK ON THE APRON!

Phantom: He’s just leaving Strife in the middle of the ring to go attend to Styxx.

Phoenix: It appears he’s trying to suplex him over the top rope but Styxx fighting hard to avoid that. Styxx unlatches from the suplex position and goes to punch Brown but Brown jumps back and then spears Styxx off of the apron for good.

Phantom: He let Strife rest for too long! STRIFE CHARGES AS BROWN TURNS AROUND AND HITS A BULL RUSH! BROWN IS DOWN! STRIFE COVERS! ONE! TWO! THREE!

Phoenix: Strife shows that he has the muscle and the skill to advance to the semi-finals of the master of asylum tournament!

Announcer: THE WINNER OF THIS MATCH AS A RESULT OF PINFALL!!!!!!! ASSSSHHHHHHH STRIFFFFEEEEE!

Ash Strife 4.18 APS + 1.00 AVS = 5.18
Styxx 4.00 + 0.90 AVS = 4.90
Big B. Brown 4.20 APS + 0.60 AVS = 4.80

Ash holds his arms in victory as he grabs his tag team title and looks at the stage. Mass Chaos is at the top of the ramp and nodes his head in approval as Ash points to him and lets out a smile.

Phantom: We now have our quarter finals set in stone and both matches look to be huge!

Phoenix: Well with now knowing what the prize is for victory these four men will damn near kill each other. That is for sure.

The scene shifts to Mr. Sweet and Awful, Jeff Whitt stepping into Eric Scorpio’s office. X is over in the corner reading a book as Eric is looking at papers. Eric looks up.

Scorpio: You must have a death wish boy for storming in my office as if you matter.

Whitt: I want my rematch for the LPW Hardcore championship.

Scorpio: Do you now? Well…

Scorpio snickers to himself.

Scorpio: Granted. Now that we know The Champion is out of the Master of the Asylum tournament. He will defend against you next Insanity.

Whitt: Thank yo-

Scorpio: I wasn’t done. You see when Trey Spruance resigned with this company he was promised a hardcore title shot as well so we will kill two birds with one stone.

Whitt: Trey and Brown, I can handle this-

Scorpio: Again with the interruptions; For I am adding a fourth man to the match.

Whitt: Who?

Scorpio starts to look around the room as if he was contemplating his choice before looking Jeff Whitt dead in the eyes.

Scorpio: X!

X looks up as Jeff Whitt’s eyes go wide.

Whitt: That isn’t fair!

Scorpio: First of all don’t question my judgment, second of all X has earned his place in this match. He single handily defeated all four members of the Prophecy of Violence while at Pyro. Besides after Brown’s impressive outing he needs to move up in the card so one way or another X will build him up; anything else I can help you with Jeff?

Jeff Whitt just grumbles to himself as he walks out the door.

Steve Storme is walking back stage with a purpose. He knocks on Scorpio’s door and enters when the sound of approval rings out.

Storme: That is complete garbage. I should be both the US champion and moving on in this tournament.  Azreal screwed me out of this.

Scorpio: He did but Chaos still beat you so I will not change the decision.

Storme: I don’t want you to change the decision; I want Azreal in match.

Scorpio: hmmm by the look at the anger and there is History I will grant your match but of course we shall let the fans choose the stip at you face Azreal at the Madness™

Storme: I don’t care what the stip is I am going to tear him to pieces.

Scorpio: Oh you should care for you might be facing him in either a I Quit match, An Extreme Blood match or a   “Iron Circle” parking Lot Brawl. Now keep in mind IF Azreal is able to win the TV title tonight and if he is able to hold onto it till the Madness, than one of those three bouts will be for the LPW Television Championship. The fans hold the fate of your future and possibly your career in your hands. Hopefully fate favors you Storme.

Storme nodes his head in agreement before walking out.

Scorpio: Now speaking of Stipulations I might as well reveal what our possible stipulation your tag title defense could be X.

X: Ash and I aren’t worried about it.

Scorpio: Oh I am sure you’re not but I’ll spill the beans anyways. The Undisputed tag Team titles could be defended in one of these three violent matches because I will make that false prophecy prove their name sake.

X: Well Shoot.

Scorpio: A Buried Alive match, a Steel Chain tag team dog collar match or my personal favorite… ESCAPE FROM HELL! All three matches extremely dangerous. Time to see how violent this so called Prophecy can be.

Scorpio lets out a laugh as the scene returns to ring side.

Phoenix: Now for our next match, we will see the first defense by new champion Nigel Vanderbilt. Nigel has been on a quest since he started in LPW to attain championship gold and has had a number of close calls with the Television Title until last show where he was able to claim the title as his own.

Phantom: Indeed, Phoenix. Nigel has stepped into a great legacy in claiming that belt. It was the belt I created from the ashes of that disgusting PWA Hardcore Title. If you look at the list of men who have held on to the LPW/PWA Television title, it is a list of great champions. This title means you are the best on TV. And Nigel is the type of man that can bring that air of confidence and prestige to that belt.

Phoenix: But he has a tough task in his first title defense, as he has to face off against rookie sensation Azreal. Azreal has been in some damn fine matches in his short time here and has shown off an impressive skill set for a man of his size.

Phantom: Azreal is indeed a worthy challenger to the belt. He is a powerful big man that also is proficient in submission grappling. And he has also taken to the tutelage of the Watchmen, which can only benefit him. But I believe Nigel, who has been showing a vicious streak the last six months, will be able to neutralize the big man and successfully defend. I got Nigel in this.

“Hunt you Down” by Saliva blares on the PA as Azreal runs out of the curtain. He stops briefly, feeling the energy from the crowd than runs toward the ring. He slides in and starts to get prepared for his opponent. The cheers for Azreal turn into loud boos as “When They Come for Me” by Linkin Park blares on the PA as LPW Television Champion Nigel Vanderbilt comes out of the curtain and walks confidently to the ring. He fixes his gaze upon Azreal and marches right into the ring, staring at his challenger with contempt written across his face. He holds up the TV Title proudly, than hands it to the referee.

Mike Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, this match is scheduled for one fall and is for the LPW Television Championship! Introducing the challenger; He hails from Parts Unknown and weighs in tonight at 305 lbs. He is the “Unholy Hero”. This is AZZZZZREAL!!! His opponent is the reigning and defending LPW Television Champion. He hails from Boston, Massachusetts and weighs in tonight at 235 lbs. He is “The Icon” NIGEL VANDERBILT!

As the bell rings, Nigel rushes toward Azreal and lands an elbow strike to the back of the head. He turns Azreal around and hits him with a number of right hands, but Azreal blocks the third shot and starts to give Nigel a number of punches in return. Azreal goes for a big punch, but Nigel dodges and runs to the rope quickly, but Azreal hits him with a back body drop, cutting his momentum. Az tries to rush Nigel, but Nigel gets to the corner and holds the ropes. The ref keeps Azreal at bay as Nigel regroups.

Phoenix: Match starts off fast with Nigel trying to gain the upper hand against Azreal, but the big man regained the momentum and now we are at a stalemate, thanks to Nigel rushing to the ropes.

Phantom: It is a sound strategy by Nigel. If he hadn't grabbed the ropes, Azreal would have continued his assault. Nigel is already making sure to dictate the pace of the match.

Phoenix: Nigel gets up and circles Azreal. Lock up attempt...Nigel ducks under into a waist lock. Don't know if he can get a good suplex, as Azreal outweighs Nigel by 70 pounds.

Phantom: He might be able to get him later on. It is not impossible for Nigel to get Az off his feet.

Phoenix: Nigel attempts a German Suplex, but Azreal blocks the attempt. Back elbow to the face of Nigel. And Azreal has Nigel in a headlock. Azreal has it synched in. Nigel finally shoves Azreal to the ropes, but Azreal takes Nigel down with a big shoulder block takedown. Nigel slides out of the ring, looking frustrated. He starts to jaw with the fans at the ringside. He looks to be losing his cool, Phantom.

Phantom: Or he is letting off steam and collecting himself. He is dictating the pace again. He didn't allow Azreal to keep going. This strategy will pay dividends later.

Phoenix: Nigel climbs back into the ring and goes to lock up with Azreal again, but Nigel with a boot to the gut of Azreal. He grabs Azreal in a headlock now. He starts to throw a number of rights into the exposed face of Azreal. Azreal shoves Nigel off. And Azreal with another shoulder block takedown. Nigel gets up and Azreal picks him up in a Military Press. He has him up high and is showing his strength!

Phantom: Nigel has to be about eight feet up in the air. That is going to hurt coming down.

Phoenix: And Azreal throws Nigel down with a big Gorilla Press Slam! Nigel is holding his back in agony over the height and force of that move. Nigel gets up slowly, Azreal following up with a boot to the gut. Azreal shoves Nigel in the corner. Azreal goes for a big chop, but Nigel dodges. Nigel with a thumb to the eye! Very blatant cheap shot there!

Phantom: He needed to cut Azreal's momentum and nothing does that quicker than a thumb to the eye. Well, that and a good old low blow.

Phoenix: Nigel with a number of hard rights to the face of Azreal. He kicks him in the stomach and runs to the ropes, looking for a neckbreaker. Azreal moves out of the way! Nigel turns around...and big right hand by Azreal!

Phantom: Nigel didn't expect Azreal to pop up so soon. Neither did I, honestly.

Phoenix: He shoves Nigel into the corner and punches him a few times, knocking him to the floor. Azreal starts to scrap his boot into Nigel's face. He runs toward the opposite ropes, looking for the Face Wash...and Nigel slides under and goes outside. And he is shaking the cobwebs out of his head.

Phantom: Nigel is doing the smart thing. Every time it looks as if Azreal is going to get ahead, he goes outside, gets his head on straight and regroups. He knows that he will get back into this. He is the intellectual in this, even though his judgment can be skewed when choosing allies.

Phoenix: It appears that the strategy may land Nigel in a bad predicament, as Azreal is going to follow Nigel. Nigel runs to the opposite side of the arena, Azreal showing surprising agility in keeping up with him. Nigel gets under the ropes and back into the ring. Azreal follows him in. Azreal is up...but Nigel with a running dropkick to the right knee of Azreal!

Phantom: He is going to cut the big man down to his size. Nigel is going to show off his technical proficiency here.

Nigel unloads with a number of kicks to the knee of Azreal. Azreal tries to hit him with a right hand, but Nigel dodges and grabs his right leg. He then spins Azreal's leg with a Dragon screw leg whip, causing more damage to the leg. Nigel holds on, gets up and starts to kick at the leg of Azreal, before locking on a spinning leg lock. Azreal uses his strength and height to reach the ropes, but the damage has been done.

Phoenix: Nigel took advantage of Azreal chasing him and has started to tear down Azreal by taking out his knee.

Phantom: Whether it is a high flyer or a hoss, if you cut out there legs, they can't move as well or deal with too much weight on their legs if the knee is injured.

Phoenix: Nigel picks Azreal up and stomps on his right knee. He lands a number of punches to the head of Azreal and runs to the ropes. Azreal counters with a big knife edged chop that sends Nigel down. Nigel is up and Azreal continues with a number of chops to Nigel. He goes for a big boot, but Nigel dodges and Azreal holds his knee. Nigel springboards off the ropes with a dropkick to the right knee of Azreal. Azreal goes down in a heap, holding his knee.

Phantom: Nigel looked as if he lost control, but had the presence of mind to dodge the boot, knowing it would cause Azreal some pain if he missed. He then used his proficiency in the air to hit a springboard dropkick to the knee.

Phoenix: Nigel holds his chest and now grabs Azreal and starts to stomp on his knee again. He slowly spins Azreal to his stomach, kicking and stomping him in the back to turn him over. He stomps on the back of the knee, than locks on the Liquidation, his version of the STS!

Phantom: Nigel Vanderbilt is doing a good job keeping the big man down and ensure that Azreal is wounded if he should come back in this. He might be able to lift Nigel with pure strength, but he will pay for it when his knee either buckles or he can't capitalize because of the pain.

Phoenix: Nigel has it synched in well, but Azreal is fighting it off. Azreal inches closer and closer to the ropes and finally reaches the ropes! Nigel is refusing to release the hold, the ref starting the count. Nigel finally releases the hold and walks away from his opponent, soaking in all the boos from the crowd.

Phantom: These idiots don't know what a true technician is. Nigel is showing the dark side that I saw in him months ago.

Nigel sees Azreal slowly getting up and goes to the apron. He sets up for the Tainted Alpha. As Azreal gets up, Nigel springboards and attempts the 720 DDT, but as he twists in the air, Azreal plants Nigel with Force of Will, knocking the breath out of Nigel. Azreal gets up slowly trying to get some life back in his right knee as the crowd goes crazy over the momentum shift.

Phoenix: Nigel is starting to get up, wondering what has happened. He stumbles toward a standing Azreal, who grabs him and flings him into the corner. Azreal unloads with a barrage of right and left hands! Azreal backs up a few steps. Stinger Splash to Nigel who is still in the corner. Azreal turns around...and running big boot to Nigel, knocking down to the mat!

Phantom: Azreal is holding on to his knee after that and is visible limping, but he is pushing through the pain and starting to inflict some pain of his own on Nigel.

Phoenix: Azreal picks Nigel up, but Nigel kicks him in the knee. Nigel goes for another kick but Azreal grabs his leg and shoves Nigel off. Nigel gets up and tries to rush Azreal. Azreal with a snap powerslam! And he follows it up by locking up London Dungeon. He really has it synched in.

Phantom: Brilliant move by Azreal, and not just for the reason that he is inflicting pain on Nigel. He is giving his knee a rest by staying on the floor like that.

Phoenix: Nigel is struggling to the ropes, trying to push through the pain! Nigel is close to the ropes...and he's there! The ref is calling for a break of the hold and Azreal is finally releasing the hold. Azreal gets up and holds his hand in the air, calling for the chokeslam. The crowd is going nuts, wanting to see Nigel get planted to hell!

Phantom: If Azreal can hit this, it could seal the deal!

Phoenix: Nigel is up, holding his arm. Azreal grabs Nigel's throat. He signals to the crowd that the chokeslam is coming...and Nigel with a kick to the knee, forcing Azreal to let go of the hold. Nigel grabs him with a ¾ neck hold. He goes up the turnbuckle! The Trickle Down Theory Connects!

Phantom: Brilliant way to get out of the chokeslam by Nigel! Azreal was catering too much to the plebs and paid for it. Nigel can take advantage by working on the...why is he going up top?

Phoenix: He looks to want to finish this match.

Nigel jumps off the top rope for the Style Analysis, but Azreal moves out of the way, causing Nigel to crash into the mat. Nigel gets up, holding his chest, only to be knocked down by the Redemption by Azreal. Azreal goes down to the mat, holding his knee from the force of the kick. He then slides toward Nigel and covers him.

Phoenix: Redemption by Azreal! Cover! One...Two...Kick out at two by Nigel! How did he kick out of that!

Phantom: Nigel doesn't get enough credit for his toughness. And here is an example of it with that kick out from that brutal Bicycle kick!

Phoenix: Azreal gets up and holds his hand up, calling for the Vigilante Slam! Azreal picks Nigel up and picks him up! If Azreal hits this, it will definitely be all over and we may have a new Television Champion!

Phantom: I think Nigel still has plenty left. This is his title now! And he will do whatever is needed to win!
As Azreal is setting Nigel up for the Vigilante Slam, out comes Steve Storme, who strolls out of the curtain and stands in the middle of the ramp.

Phoenix: What is Steve Storme doing here? He has no business here!

Phantom: Steve Storme can go wherever he damn well pleases! Plus I think the issues between Azreal and Storme are far from over!

Phoenix: Nigel is struggling to get up, causing Azreal some issues. Azreal sees Storme and lets his get loose. Nigel is free! Nigel plants Azreal with the Fund Flow! And he locks in the Jetta Choke! He has him in the middle of the ring!

Phantom: Great way to get out of the Vigilante Slam! And while this seems to be a waste of a submission, it puts Azreal on his back again and allows Nigel to go back to the knee in a moment. Also bad form on Azreal to be distracted by Storme's presence. You have to expect anything when you are in a match!

Phoenix: Nigel releases the hold and starts to stomp on Azreal's knee again. He picks up Azreal and grabs him by the neck. Nigel hits Azreal with the Liar's Poker! Cover by Nigel! One...two...Kickout by Azreal!

Phantom: Good move by Nigel, but Azreal seems to still have some life left.

Phoenix: He picks Azreal up and grabs his leg. He hits Azreal with a Dragon Screw leg whip again and holds on. He locks in an Indian Death Lock! He has Azreal in the center of the ring!

Phantom: Nigel has him in the perfect position and this is a submission that is hard to drag yourself to the ropes. Azreal will have to break out or find start praying to Justus' God to get out of this predicament.

Phoenix: Azreal sits up, pain etched in his face, and starts to chop at Nigel, who continues to apply pressure to the hold. Azreal grabs Nigel's hair now...Vicious head butt by Azreal to Nigel! Nigel has released the hold and is loopy. And Azreal is now holding his head from the impact of the head butt.

Phantom: Azreal is showing the heart and determination of a future champion. Too bad his time is not now! I think Nigel has done too much damage to the knee and will do what is necessary to retain!

Phoenix: Both men are now up. Azreal with a number of right hands. Nigel with answers back with kicks to the leg and knee. Azreal continues with right hands. Nigel with a kick to the knee cap, stopping Azreal's momentum. Nigel with two kicks to the side of the knee. He runs to the ropes, going for the dropkick to the knee...Azreal moves out of the way! Nigel is up and Azreal attempts a lariat! Nigel ducks out of the way and kicks Azreal in the stomach! He looks to be attempting the Foreclosure!

Phantom: If he can hit Azreal with this, Azreal will be done! There is no way a 300 lb man can take this and survive!

Phoenix: Nigel is soaking in the hate from the people! He attempts the Foreclosure...wait! Azreal counters with an arm wringer! Kick to the stomach! Azreal lifts him up in the Crucifix Powerbomb! Vigilante Slam! Nigel got planted with the Crucifix Bomb! Azreal is holding his knee from the pain, but starts to crawl toward Nigel. Azreal covers Nigel! One...Two...Three! We have a new champion!

Mike Announcer: Here is your winner and NEEEEEEEEW LPW Television Champion, AZZZZZZZZZZREAL!!!

Azreal 3.83 APS + 1.30 AVS = 5.13
Nigel Vanderbilt 3.78 APS + 1.20 AVS = 4.98

Phoenix: What a match and what a victory for the Rookie Azreal! He has attained the title that has such a strong lineage! Could he be one of the men to join that strong lineage in the future?

Phantom: Storme is sarcastically applauding the accomplishments of his rival as Azreal holds himself up on the ropes, holding his title proudly in the air! Nigel put in a valiant effort and I know that the man will be back to get a rematch for his title!

Azreal calls for a microphone at looks directly at Steve Storme who is standing center ramp still.

Azreal: Hey there “Rookie Superstar.” takes a deep breathe. I’m sure a lot of people want to know why I interfered in your match and to be honest Steve as much as I wanted to say it is nothing personal, it really is. While you may have been the better man the last time we faced I knew damn well I would not allow you to win gold before me. takes another deep breathe. Now seeing we don’t have to worry about that, at The Madness™ whatever match these amazing fans vote in I promise I will prove your victory was a fluke.

Steve Storme makes a belt gesture before stepping back stage as Azreal takes another moment to pose with the title.

Phoenix: Really great match there and we do have a new champion but Azreal better not become short sighted for he has to defend that title against Captain Crooked and Ozzy Crerar next week before getting the chance at Storme.

Phantom: Let him worry about that later. He is the best man on Television as of right now so go enjoy it kid; you earned it.

The camera follows Steve Storme as he walks backstage he passes a few back stage hands and walks by the concession stand where he goes to grab a bottle of water when a masked man hits him from behind with a chair. Steve Storme slumps forward when the masked man grabs him and walks him over to the giant freezer behind the counter and tosses Steve in and locks the door. The man turns and walks away.

Phantom: What the heck was that about and who was that?

Phoenix: I have no idea but wait here comes Savana

Andy Savana walks rightly past the freezer and right into Eric Scorpio’s office.

Savana: sup?

Scorpio: “sup?” is that any way to greet your superior, but regardless next week is a huge match for you Andy Savana. You face Drew Michaels. The “Chosen One”. snickers

X: “God’s” enforcer. snickers

Strife: The General manager of Pyromania. snickers

Scorpio: But what I am saying is I… believe in you Andy but by the look on your face I want to motivate you. How would you like to be free from Nigel and have your woman back?

Savana: My Whore?

Scorpio: Yes, your… whore.

Savana: That would be righteous, I could do cocaine off of her ass-

Scorpio: ANDY! stay focused. I am going to give you the chance for both. You see if you can defeat Drew Michaels next week; I will give you 2 Million dollars for medical treatment.

Savana: Two… two million dollars?!?

Scorpio: yes Michaels cannot be allowed to win.

Andy’s eyes go wide with the thought of that much money before he shakes off the look.

Savana: No.

Scorpio: Excuse me?

Savana: I will defeat Michaels on my own accord. I don’t need your money and when I win this whole tournament and I have control of YOUR show for one night; I will stop Nigel than and be balls deep in my Whore that night!

Andy looks right at the camera and snickers to himself addressing the fans at home as well as the audience.

Savana: That is right, I said Balls Deep on national Television. What are you going to do, fine me?

Andy looks back at Scorpio.

Savana: Catch you on the flip side yo.

Andy than burst through the door like a mad man and to the irritation of Eric Scorpio.

Scorpio: Wrong answer Savana, wrong answer.

Phantom: Ok we are back now and what a card we have next card. Michaels vs. Savana, a rematch between Ash Strife and Mass Chaos, two title matches, Magic vs. the Rabbi and the 2nd trial of Scorpio. Huge card indeed and it’s on free television!

Phoenix: Yes you are right partner but this show isn’t over yet as it is now Main event time here as Seth Omega takes on the First Trials of Scorpio. Remember Rabbi did defeat Seth Omega at Insanity: Gold

Phantom: He Sure did!

Phoenix: You seem a little too happy about that?

Phantom: Everyone knows Omega is a punk that has no respect. He didn’t earn his World title shot and thanks to Scorpio he is making him prove he is worthy of the shot.

Phoenix: Your thanking Scorpio?

Phantom: Yes, Don’t look to far into it; I’m just giving credit to an amazing idea.

Mike Announcer: The Following contest is for one fall and is a Trials of Scorpio Match. If Seth Omega loses this match, the Rabbi will join in at the Madness™ Pay Per View Main event for the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing to the ring first…

"Digital Bath" The Deftones plays as a massive pop erupts throughout the XL Center as the Rabbi steps through the curtain with a big smile on his face.

Mike Announcer: weighing in at 210 lbs, he hails from Long Island, New York… He is the Hebrew Hammer… wrestling fans this is the RAAAAAAAAAABBBBBBIII!!!

Rabbi gets into the ring and starts to stretch as he waits for his opponent.

Phoenix: Rabbi looks ready here-

Phantom: As he should be, he taught this punk a lesson last week and will do it again.

Mike Announcer: And his opponent…

"Mudshovel" by Stained blasts as Seth Omega steps through the curtain to a mixed reaction.

Phoenix: Now Omega has been in a poor mode all show and I don’t even know if he knows that Storme is locked in a freezer.

Phantom: Omega only cares about Omega, do you think he is really worried about Storme?

Mike Announcer: weighing in at 310 lbs, he hails from  Nashville, Tennessee and represents the Anarchists… He is the self proclaimed Strong style Superman… SETH OMMMMMMMMMMMMEGA!!!

As Seth walks down he backs steps a bit as if he got dizzy but shakes it off before sliding under the rope. The referee pats down both men and calls for the bell.

Phantom; and we are off, Rabbi charges at Seth and takes him down easily with a clothesline. Seth gets up but something doesn’t look right here.

Phantom: What do you mean? Cause the rude rookie was knocked down by the skilled veteran?

Phoenix: No I mean look at his face he looks out of it.

Phantom: Phoenix, being a fat man yourself you should be able to tell when a fat body is blown up, Look he is in no condition to wrestle this match or for the World Title.

Phoenix: Your something else but Rabbi sees the opening, kick to the gut and Rabbi hits the Blessing! Huge Evenflow DDT to Omega and Rabbi covers him. One…two…three! This one is over; Rabbi is now competing for the World Heavyweight Championship.

Rabbi 4.10 APS + 2.00 AVS = 6.10
Seth Omega 0.00 APS + 0.40 AVS= 0.40

"Digital Bath" The Deftones plays as Rabbi holds his hands in the air in victory. As he is posing with the crowd the music shifts to  “No More Sorrow” by Linkin Park as Insanity General manager steps out with the Undisputed Tag Team Champions right behind him.

Scorpio: Now Rabbi, first of all congratulations on your victory of this useless waste in the ring. Now remove yourself from my ring, I have something to discuss with the failure that is YOUR HAND PICKED NUMBER ONE CONTENDER

As he says that last part he points to the crowd which gets a negative reaction. Omega starts to get up and looks extremely out of it. He stumbles to Mike Announcer and snatches the microphone from him.

Omega: What the BEEP did you do to me? You bastard you screwed me out of my fair match.

Scorpio: I did no such thing… But really you should focus on the issue at hand before you say who screwed who.

Omega: What iss-

Seth doesn’t finish the statement as He goes stumbling forward after Bobino of all people blind side him with a shot from the Owners Cup. Omega falls face forward as Bobino begins to stomp Omega. Scorpio smiles as he points to the ring and Ash and X slowly walk down as Bobino dissects Omega in the ring. The tag champs finally slide into the ring and join in the assault.

Phoenix: What is this? Is Bobino the Mystery War?

Phantom: Don’t jump to conclusions BP but it would appear so.

X raises his chair high and slams it into Omega’s arm and raises it again as Ash and Bobino stomp Omega. After the third or fourth swing Ash stops X and drags Omega to the corner. He takes X’s chair and wraps it around Omega’s arm.

Phoenix: Oh dear god stop this someone, Storme isn’t here to help, someone needs to get out here now!

Phantom:No BP, they are teaching that punk a lesion in respect, old school style.

Ash climbs up to the top rope and as Omega is laid out and leaps off with a stop landing directly on the chair wrapped arm.

Phoenix: That is over 300 lbs  landing on to Seth’s arm. It has to be broken. The Wisemen have just broken Seth Omega’s arm.

Phantom: That is the old school way of dealing with a problem child BP, Can’t say Omega didn’t have it coming.

Bobino picks up the microphone as Scorpio steps into the ring.

Bobino: Eric, I drugged Omega and ensured Storme could not interfere in your plans of ensuring Omega did not win this match tonight. Does this mean I have my job back?

Scorpio: My plan? I have no idea of what you are speaking of. All I know is you just admitted to assaulting and drugging my employees… Security, please escort this man from the building.

Bobino has a look of complete shock on his face as he can’t believe what is going on. Security comes and takes him out of the ring as Scorpio gets down to Omega’s level. He is rolling in pain as he fights to stay awake.

Scorpio: Seth, you failed your test. At this moment Morpheus would eat you alive if you stepped in the ring with him. So you will be tested again next week… and if the doctor doesn’t clear you to compete than I guess it will by a bye for my hand selected test right into your title match…

The crowd begins to boo as Scorpio laughs.

Scorpio: There is no room for Anarchy on my Show Omega and you will learn that there is only one law you must know and cherish… Insanity is MINE! One way or the other you will learn that.

Scorpio breaks out in maniacal laughter.

Phoenix: This is uncalled for, and to think we were at least safe with Little Red as our General Manager. Scorpio wasn’t kidding when he said he would cleanse Insanity and apparently the Anarchists are targets number one.

Phantom: Serves them right. Anarchy has no place in a civil world; and no I am not siding with Scorpio here but Omega is in the wrong.

Phoenix: This is all the time we have here, see you next week for the quarter Finals of the Master of the Asylum Tournament as well as the remainder of the Madness is revealed.
